![]() I have been meaning to read this for years, and finally came across a copy last week - I was determined to find it in store, I'm not sure why! What's funny is, while I know I would have enjoyed this book at any point in the years that was on my 'keep an eye out for this one' list of books, I think now was the perfect time for me to read it. He talks about what Parkinson's has given him: the chance to appreciate a wonderful life and career, and the opportunity to help search for a cure, and spread public awareness of the disease. Most importantly however, he writes of the last 10 years, during which - with the unswerving support of his wife, family, and friends - he has dealt with his illness.
